Based in Madrid, Penélope Garrido Milla is a trailblazer in the wrapping industry, proudly recognised as the first and only female Avery Dennison Specialist Trainer. With more than 27 years of experience in visual communication and vehicle wrapping, she brings an exceptional blend of technical expertise, creativity, and mentorship to every project and training session.

Together with Carlos Ruiz Fort, Penélope co-owns Alta Wrapping Academy, the official Avery Dennison Wrap Center in Spain, where they have trained more than 1,200 professional applicators from across the country. Her teaching approach is rooted in warmth, confidence, and empowerment — creating an environment where participants feel comfortable, inspired, and open to mastering new techniques.

Penélope was also the first Spanish woman to earn the Avery Dennison Specialist Installer and Specialist Trainer certifications, marking her as a pioneer for women in the wrapping world.

Beyond her training work, she serves on the Board of Directors of FESPA España Asociación and is an active member of the Women of Wraps (WOW) club, continuing to champion diversity and excellence in the industry.
